Davis funny how regional differences change how we view different cattle breeds. Up here in my neck of the woods the Charolais are not considered wild. In fact most of my herd is Charolais or Charolais cross and it is one of the quietest herds I know. In my experience I find Red Angus cattle to be more high strung, with local experts labeling the most high strung to be Limousin. John
