It has been a pretty wet year here in North Central Texas this year. I have been trying to get my haygrazer in the ground but it has been too wet. It is supposed to rain again so I just went for it and sowed it on Sunday. I intended to disk in urea first but didnt have the time and couldnt get it on Sunday anyway. The ground is still pretty damp. Can I spread urea on top of the ground without losing too much? (supposed to rain tomorrow night) If it doesnt rain for a week how much of it would evaporate? (in the 70's to 82 this week) Anybody have any suggestions? This is in blackland. Thanks
