You have reached the saturation point of the electrolyte. Now if you were to suspend a generous amount of Festeris Powder it will lower that. Be careful to not reach the animated gravity reaction point. If this happens it will ceretainly deter the ability of the powder to absorb the excess electrons which promotes diethylite "Runaround" .
