I have had to thaw my pins by heating the mounting plate. It is easiest if you tip the bucket clear forward and heat in line with the pins. perhaps heating and spraing with penetrant you can draw some in as it cools. A good red grease in a aerosol will actually follow the heat. Good luck. PS to long a pipe will bend your levers. An air chisel hammering on the bottom of the pin could help as well. Let us know how you get it loose.
