Value of a JD GP Wide Track

I saw a JD GP Wide Track Tractor the other day and the owner did'nt know what it would be worth. He figured it is either a 1928 or 1929. Serial # 402199. It runs and the sheet metal is good and it has been painted some years ago, but the paint looks good.
Would anyone have a idea on value. Thanks
