Best 3 pt backhoe?

Looking to buy a 3 pt backhoe attachment for a Ford 1520...thinking it is around 20 HP. I know Ford had one to go with it years ago but it was megabucks and Ford no longer sells their version of Japanese tractors. Does anyone have a small backhoe attachment that has worked well? Recommendations much appreciated.
