I have two Kubota tractors one 30 hp and one 18 hp they both run great. The L-285 is a 1985 model and so far I have nothing but good to say about that little diesel in it. My biggest complaint is that they are both light tractors and prone to getting stuck. Also spread the rear wheels out these things will tip right over on you.
