Hi, looking at older field cultivators to use on my JD 720 Diesel. I''ve got 40 acres to work up, it was chiseled the year before last, so the soil is relatively loose and not too compact. It's in soybean stubble and going back to soybeans. With duals on the 720 standard and fluid in the tires, Can I pull an old 12 foot brady, Glencoe or IH field cultivator with 6 or 7 inch shovels? Have pulled a 11 foot disk in 5th gear with weight loaded down with no problems. I dont own one, so I need to buy one, but wonder about the size...they are cheap.... dont say hire it out, I do this for fun and old memories.... THANKS!
