Not the kind that already has the tread made into it. It is a cold cure process and it has already been cooked. When a retreader is putting tread on a casing they have to make all the way around in one piece. So when they get to the end of a roll and it is too short to go all the way around the tire they have to through it away. You could probably make a deal on the end pieces.
