I'm actually 100 miles west and slightly south of
Camdenton,MO.I'm 3 miles south of 54 hiway in the Nevada,MO
area. One Saturday in the middle of July 1980 it got up to 112 degrees
here for the hottest ever in modern times.It toasted all the crops.
