There should be a CD that came with your camera load it into the disc slot and then upload your software and drivers for your camera follow the directions on the screen. its really simple now with everything right on the screen telling you what to do next.
Walt PS If you don't have the cd then your up a creek without a paddle as you need the drivers on it.
Ask one of your kids to help.
