Sounds like the W9 I bought a few years back from a neighbor. Had been sitting on the hill for about 20 years, but exhaust was covered so no rain got in. Soaked with PB Blaster for a couple days and she broke loose and fired right up. Unfortunately there was so much rust in the head and block that the head got hot spots and cracked... a few hundred later I have another good head on it and no more rust in the water jackets! Enjoy that H!
