Now depending on the year of your 1586 as two differant hyd. systems were used . On the first ones it was the open center like the 1066-1566 the later ones had the PFC system . Now on the later ones i am NO EXPERT as i did not have the equipment to do the testing i needed a addition for my Flow Rater . Keep in mind that the steering and brakes are on the MCV system on the earlie ones and like i said on the pfc system not sure. as i can not even look in my books at the moment as they are in my Pick up and it is broke down out at the one farm . The cheapest way out is have it put on a Flow Rater and see it it is just a bad pressure reg. or if the pump is on the way to lunch. I am guessen that you have already done the filter change.
