Tom43 Yes and no. My brother and I collected and used all manners of side valve tools over the years. For L-head and small engines. This presents a small problem. There must be a nique, a small way by which--actually YT did this for awhile ,i thought. Whereby a person lends a tool and actually gets it back.I for instance gets some small sum for the use and YT or whoever takes care of shipping and investigation of 3rd party if they don't return. As an aside the semicircular ratchet thing I used a lot was a cheap JC Whitney knockoff of a good tool I found later.But it worked.I couldn't find the Sunnen,AAmco etc back then nor afford them. I don't see why you should now have to go through this if you have a real need. I would just pack it on up and send it to you or somebody for the price of postages but it doesn't work that way anymore. I just get ripped off. Think about the width of the area you have to work between valves and the avenue by which you approach the side of the block. Certain Snap-On and Sunnen made great tools for this with big knob control at top and angled body. So do some investigation and find what you need.
