Most roller chain (it is roller chain?) has the # stamped lightly onto each outside side plate. Wipe the gunk off & look in bright light.

Most any farm & fleet type supply store will have rolls of it & will cut it to the length you need.

If this chain is different or special, give us the specifics. If it has no number, they can likely match it up to the normal. I'd think a tiller would need 50, 60, or 80 in regular or H (for heavy duty).
