After I was done milking cows I took a trip to the New Holland dealer. I decide since I was going that far I run with the trailer to the scrap yard. Got to the New Holland dealer the sales guy was out he asked what I was going to buy cause I had a empty trailer. I told him I was interested in a sickle mower. He said we got to two of them. We first went over to the brand new looking one model 451 nine foot looks very sharp 3 point hook up. I asked how much he said $2,100 and he would toss in a New Holland pull type model 456 7 foot and manuals for both. I usually like to have back up one so the 456 would be perfect. The 456 needs a little work done to it some new tires which is no problem. Since I was there I bought some new sickle blades and some guards cause it needs a few replaced and a belt. Well we load it on my trailer gave him a check and I was set to go. Got to go the Fleet Farm and get some tire tubs now and other stuff too. I think I got a good deal. What do you guys think?
