They burn, but I'm having some issues w/ my unit, and the sales rep claims it's b/c it gets a cob stuck in the feed auger. I can guarantee that all the corn i ran this winter was clean, but this last has some chunks of cob in it, so we're sorting it by hand to eliminate that issue to trouble shoot this stove. What's a fair price for a smaller unit w/ a set of screens in good shape? thanks
