1020 is close to the same as a 300 Industrial - except the 1020 hydraulics are not as good. 1020 uses a tiny little German hydraulic pump, and the 300 uses a US built 2.4 cubic inch pump and is much better. 400 is the industrial version of the ag. 2020 and both have very good hydraulics. In regard to the PTO - depends on what kind of PTO. 1020 was available with three versions, ground driven, engine-clutch (dual) driven, or independent hydrualic.
