Some of Sears openers ar Chamberlain. You can look at the "what fits" on the back of the transmitters and get an idea. Sixteen feet is a pretty big door. You would probably get better life out of a commercial door opener but they're a lot more money. Or you could just buy a cse of the plastic gears.
