My ears have rung all the time for over 10 years, and I have kind of gotten used to it. The only time it really bothers me is when I am trying to go to sleep at night and it is all quiet around me. I did the doctoring and was told that I have Meniere's disease. The ringing is the least of my worries: I no longer have useful hearing in my left ear, but the worst problems are from the periods of vertigo and loss of good balance. The vertigo I sometimes have is incredible. I explain it by asking people to remember the drunkest they have ever been in their life, and multiply the dizzy feeling by 4 or 5 times. Luckily those really bad vertigo episodes don't come very often. I have had a couple of operations to try to help the problems, but they really didn't do much good. I ended up retiring fairly young because of the problems. The ringing in my ears is worse if I am around loud things. So I try to use earplugs when I am going to run a motor or something else that is loud. I have often wondered why I got Meniere's disease. The doctors couldn't tell me for sure, since no one is really sure what causes Meniere's. I had some ear infections when I was in my 40's that might have triggered the problems, but that is only a guess. So I would agree with the suggestion of seeing an ENT doctor. They might be able to help, and at least could rule out things that could really hurt or kill you. And you may just have to learn to live with it...which isn't easy, but may be your only good choice. Hopefully it will go away. Good luck!

The generator was shot as well as all the wiring. I dropped off the tractor expecting a transformation from a 6 volt to a 12 volt system utilizing the original generator housing, and a total rewiring of the whole tractor. The front end center pin bushing was worn also so I ask that they replace it if they had time. Well, that’s wha
