Detroit 453 Fresh???

When I bought this, the guy said it had a fresh rebuild, but the engine was froze. I tried everything to get her loose and decided to pull the head.
The warm fuzzies left when I saw the rust on the fuel tubes and 3 of the 4 injector racks were froze.
With the head off I had standing water on #3 cylinder
And then the barnacles in #4. I am not wanting to go through this so I am still on the hunt for an engine.
