It's also strange why F&H used same number as a JD D2628R weight is smaller diameter and different. The smaller one can be used inside as a starter weight and the F&H bolts right on it then when the larger diameter doesn't fit down on wheel or inside rim was well. Makes you wonder if F&H "DP" in number stood for dual purpose? You see DP2628 painted several colors when finding them.
