Sorry that I did not get back to you sooner. I am trying to retrace my steps in the IL EPA website, but cannot. It is beng put through as a mandate not as legislatiion. the home owner willbe required to have his septic anilyzed twice a year, at 200 dollars, if it is a surface discharge system. or show a valid maintenance contract with a licensed septic service. The public comment period expires July 22. Call your state reps to protest. If I can retrace my steps, I will post more info.
