paulson loader cyl.

I have a MM JET STAR 3 with a paulson all hyd. loader. My lift cylinder on the right (passenger) side seems to go out and back about half as fast as the left one. I made sure my hyd. lines were the same length from the tee's to the cyl. the two lines to the front ports are 4 feet the lines to the back ports are 3 foot . I don't belive that all 4 lines need to be the same length. I did notice that the hose to the left cyl. back port (port closest) to the set.Is the same length as the other side but it is only 3/8 inch. Not 1/2 inch like the rest of them.
