You might also consider talking to the ad people at spaamfaa.org, a fire-eqpmt collector site that accepts free individuals ads for fire-trucks and related stuff. FWD built some fire eqpmt, and the big generator sounds like it was used, or necessary, to run some part of the firefighting eqpmt. If they accept an ad it"ll be seen by a lot of fire truck collectors. Good luck.
