About 10 hp per foot of width on disk mowers. I've run a JD 1360 in heavy hay with a 100hp tractor and you didn't even know it was back there. I've run a 10ft Kuhn in the same hay same Tractor and had to shift down to keep from over heating. You may be able to get away with 60hp on a 1350. Deere Disk Moco's seem to be easier on hp then other brands.
