70k prices on used tractors

do not want to start a war but what is special about an older tractor that will bring the price over 70k on a serial of 1 on a tractor. is it really just too much mney or what?
I can think of no reason why that alone would make it worth that.
so I have the first one off the line just does not add the value to it.just don't get it.
same with car or truck.
All I know is the serial of 1 means it is not improved or bug fixed like the ones down the line.
dunno I guess.
