This appears to be a rather common problem for engines that sit awhile and have not been fogged or oiled before shutting down. For my own personal experience I put automatic transmission fluid along with liquid wrench into each cyclinder and let it sit for a week. Each day the engine was checked for being able to be turned over. I have seen posts of people putting mixtures of diesel and automatic transmission fluid in, Kroil, Carburetor cleaner, liquid wrench, coke and anything else that was suppose to break rust loose on bolts. The key to this is patience. It is better to soak the pistons and break it loose slowly than to force it and break a ring. Good luck and be patient. Let us know what you used to break it loose.
