I think the H will be as adept at handling the trailer as the A. My biggest concern would be stopping the trailer. Neither of the tractors in question have the capability of stopping that trailer unless you were to equip the tractor with an electric trailer brake controller, and you can't do that unless the tractor has been converted to a 12 volt electrical system. If the two mile stretch of road is reasonably flat the entire way, and you DO NOT use the road gear in the tractor, you will probably be O.K., but be extremely cautious. That 25 ft. travel trailer is a whole bunch heavier than you think it is.
