MF 1100 diesel was about the same weight and advertised HP as 4020. List price was about $1000 less than the JD. MF 1100 was more comfortable, better handling, better fuel economy, more gear choices with Multipower,hyd adjust seat, draft control. Would outwork and outpull the 4020 everyday in everyway and use less fuel doing it. And yes I have run them both.
