I can tell you what they sell for around here. Diesels outsell gassers. 8-speed or 6-speed outsells multipower units but not by much. Good tires, paint, seat, low hours, working gauges and lights, and straight sheet metal bump up the price too. A NICE 135 diesel will routinely fetch as much as $6000 with an average tractor bringing $5500. Rough, in need of TLC still brings $4500 if it runs. Total junk but running will get you $3500. LAst spring I saw one (in pristine condition) sell at auction for $7700. They are extremely popular tractors. I'd even go so far as to say they're the best small utility tractor ever built.
