Fuel economy

Has anyone here found any additives to their gas that increased their fuel economy?
I was thinking of Lucas fuel treatment in particular. It has something called polyisobutylene in it which I've read on sources other than Lucas' own site can increase economy.
It does the opposite of ethanol, it adds heat energy to the gas. Apparently.
And how about oil? Anyone found an oil that gives their machines better economy? Something a little slicker than average?
