I am a young guy so I dont know much about ICD but I assume you mean "pacemaker" in simple terms? We have a guy at work that has a pacemaker and he still welds. Officially he isnt supposed to go over 130 amps, but he has. When they check it they cant find any interferance above the normal level. He doesnt do high freq tig welding anymore. Just decided not to push his luck...
