100 gallons a day with a 4030? Must have way over 24 hrs in a KY day. Baling and batwinging is a light load. I Chopped haylage from '77-'01 using 4020, 4430, 4450.....5-6 gallons per hour on first cutting, later light cuttings were about 3 1/2 gph. No way you'll run 100 gal through a 90 horse tractor.
