That is right, the 1800 is the most fuel effecient gas tractor in all the Nebraska tests. The 706 is third most effecient with the Allis D-10 coming in between the two. There is only one tenth of a HP difference between the 1800 and the 706 also, so they should drink withing a couple tablespoons of the same amount of gas. Of course those were tests of brand new tractors, your mileage may vary a lot by now.
