Down under, here in New Zealand buyers are going round farms franticly trying to buy non contracted wheat. I have heard from friends in England that they have been offered 84 pounds sterling per ton for wheat for the 2007 harvest straight off the combine, thats up by about 20 pounds per ton on previous years.
