I`ve signed up on the EQIP program and am fencing and cross fencing and it about figgers there paying for the material . Two springs for cattle and a heavy use area to feed on in the winter . Some will call it wellfare , it`s there and sombody is gona get it , so I say get in line . Like said before they like people that want to do several things , not just one .
