that program has not yet been activated in Iowa,cause i keep trying,if its going to be handed out. It is per acre payment for no till crop practices and since I have not done any tillage for seven, eight timer gets away years i figured why not. It has worked for me sold everything except trator drill and combine.Combine will be selling this season also. Can have it done way cheaper than owning now. I would not of let him get away with that thou and I thought the owner if it was rented had to sign before anyway. Don't know thou as rule seen to change each time get letter from that office.
