Council Bluffs, Iowa trucking question

I'm interested in buying a small tractor that's in Coucil Bluffs, Iowa. Close to Omaha, Nebraska.
The owner won't have anything to do with shipping, strapping to a pallet, etc. I'm in New York, thus the problem.

So, I kind of hoping to find someone nearby to it, that I could pay to pick it up and store it for awhile. (that's if I buy it). My son lives in Colorado and I might get him to pickup later (when he gets his truck back together). Or, I might just pay to have it strapped to a pallet at a truck terminal and have it shipped to me.
This is a small, sinlge-wheel Kinkade (engine-in-wheel) tractor. It would fit in the back of any pickup truck.
