The real issue is using the term "restore" vs "refurbish". I've never restored a tractor in my life, but I've "refurbished" a few. The big problem is the guy that power washes (maybe) a tractor and then sprays on a coat of Rustoleum that is close to the original color and then advertise a tractor as having been restored. While asking a price that is comparable to one that has been taken down to the castings.
