An invisible fence WILL only have a chance of working on a dog with the special collar on it . What the He double tooth picks am I to put a collar on every dog in the neighborhood ? The idiot owners wouldn't let me anyhow !!!!! The dogs are just being dogs the owners are just being illresponsible !!!!!!!!!
