At any rate after fogging the cylinders, which is not always advised in four strokes, you probably have pretty much fouled the plugs (spark plugs) I would suggest after you get it started and run off (smoke away) all that fogging oil, you put in a new set of spark plugs.

Beyond that, you should be good to go. I hope you stored it with the motor in the down position as water can drain from motor into lower unit cavities and freeze if you don't
