Dam I only got .59 for my yearling heifer last month. I in the process of increasing my breed heard right now so maybe things will look up in a couple of years. Lost my best cow last winter when a dumb neighbor ran over her how can you not see a 5 ft. 4 in. cow that weighed around 1800 lbs. Hit her dead center in the side she died later that night. then wanted me to pay for his truck damage "You got to kidding right" Got a letter from my insurance today they said that they had settled with the Dummy. Good thing I have my small heard insured I got $2700 for her and the unborn calf and my friend with the big family got a lot of hamburger. I used to get around .80 to 85 for heifers it must have been a real bad day when I sent this last one in. Walt
