In-to-deep, How far do you plan to move this truck? If more than just across the yard to get it into the shop, call a "Draggin-Wagon"(wrecker). Easier, safer, & cheaper in the long run than any other method. If just across the yard to the shop you have several choices: 1-try charging the tank to see if everything works. chances are that valves, hoses, & diaphrams will be rotted & leaking, & the shoes will be rusted to drums, so won't release anyway. 2-have a large forklift or loader available? pick up the rear end & push into the shop. 3-hook on with a stout chain & drag it. tires need replacing anyway, so can't hurt anything except make black streaks on paved yard or grooves in dirt.
