I'm not sure about what you said about that turbo. I thought there was a turbo on both sides, so 4 cylinders a turbo not stacked on top of each other. I maybe wrong. Also these turbos are electrically controlled I believe so there is less turbo lag making them more efficient than the common waste gate turbo. Also this motor uses common rail injection which is a good bit more efficient and better for the environment since less fuel is wasted out the exhaust because it is injected at extremely high PSI. The powerstroke webpage has all the stats but it may be slightly biased. lol
