Not quite sure about all this, but, NEXT TIME put in writing that the depoist in nonrefundable in whole or in part, if on or before a certain date he has not paid the balance due and picked up the merchandise. Further write that in the event he does not pay balance by due date, the deposit will be kept by seller as payment for keeping product off market. Have buyer sign and return original. Best to avoid problems. Tom
