Carburator freez up HELP

From Dave: I have a 1950 Case VAC good runner as long as its not
cooled out ,i would like to use it to plow snow in my driveway but
the carb and intake will freez up about 2 min after starting, i watch
outher tractors working in the winter time but can't figure out why
mine won't is this just becouse it's a VAC or somthing else. Thanks
