Wow, sounds like you have spent a lot of frustrating hours on this project. We have all been there at some time or another. I haven't looked at the comments on the Massey board, but one thing that comes to mind is just plain old condensation in the exhaust. How much sprays out? You've probably already done this, but you could take a LED pen light and stick it in the spark plug holes and shine it around in there. I would think if water is getting in a combustion chamber there would be a wet piston to show for it.Jim
