Well the way I understand it is this. Right now isn't the time to plant because the moon is getting smaller in the sky. Or in other words you want to plant after the new moon and before it gets to be full. After a full moon you don't want to plant till you get the next new moon. Same thing goes for if you cut yopur hair. If you want it to grow back out well cut it before the full moon if you want it to grow slow cut if after the full moon. Hope that explains it to you if not ask more questions
