Rapid City South Dakota Diesel shop?

My niece is going to College in South Dakota. Her Dodge Diesel ran out of diesel, she took it to the Dodge Dealer to get it started. $2900 later she got her truck back. Dealer said her injector pump was bad. She wants to take it to a reiable diesel shop to make sure she didn't get hosed by the Dodge dealer. What shop would you guys reccomend? Dealers take advantage of pretty little blonds for some reason!
